Washington’s daring Christmas night attack on Trenton turned the tide of the Revolutionary War. Facing brutal conditions, Washington's Crossing came just in the nick of time —many of his men’s commissions were about to expire. “Victory or death” was the call, and on December 26th, victory was achieved, giving the army a much-needed morale boost.
